Katrina Scott in Bathing Suit "Makes Waves" Celebwell

Katrina Scott, the fitness maven, is the first visibly pregnant model to appear in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue. "Sports Illustrated Swimsuit has a storied history of firsts… of breaking boundaries, building and restoring confidence, and speaking directly to all women in an empowering and inclusive voice. Today is such a special moment that I'm honored to be a part of," she said in a statement. "As women, we have been told, shown, and expected to hide (then 'bounce back' from) our pregnant bodies, when, in fact, our beautiful bumps embody the miracle of what it means to be Selfless, Vulnerable, and Strong. In this issue, I hope to represent all the women out there that are creating life, feeling all the feels, and embracing change as they look to the future, especially those having difficult fertility journeys. I am with you, and you are never alone. Our bodies and minds are capable of extraordinary things, and as for me, I'm all about gracefully bouncing forward." How does she stay so fit? Scott isn't letting her pregnancy stop her from working out. She posted her go-to pregnancy workout in this reel on Instagram. She is seen doing squats, deadlifts, rows to a tricep kickback, back lunges with bicep curls, and glute kickbacks. Scott wrote in the caption, "Perform 10-20 of each of these exercises and go through 2-3 times for a complete workout. Remember to listen to your body, take your time, sip water, and breathe throughout each rep."

In a post on Molly Sims' website, Scott revealed her morning routine. She writes that she likes to start her day off early, and likes to enjoy a latte with collagen each morning. "I wake up before the house wakes up. When [my husband] Brian and [my daughter] Bella are still asleep, I use this time to do a little something for myself. I wake up, get ready, and make my usual collagen latte — that's adding Tone It Up collagen creamer with my coffee."

Scott has a busy schedule, but she always makes time for herself. She writes in this post on Live Beautifully, that she likes to do a quick workout in the mornings. "I always try to find a moment in the day for my body. This is typically, post coffee before Bella wakes up. It's so important to take that time out of your day where you can be away from distractions, move your body, and prepare yourself for the busy day ahead. Some days this looks like a 6:40 workout in the Tone It Up app, a move-based routine (a new feature in the app!), or some days it's simply a walk with Brian in between meetings. I've found that when I listen to my body and move it in the way that it is craving, then I am more ready to take on the day."

Scott is a big fan of green juices, especially after she finishes a workout. She also revealed her favorite recipes to Live Beautifully. "Lately, I have been loving a green juice after a workout! It's so refreshing and helps to decrease inflammation in the body. My favorite combination has been celery, lemon juice, and ginger."

In addition to following her fitness programs, Scott also loves to play tennis as a way to stay in shape. She posted this photo on Instagram of herself on the courts, ready for a game. She captioned the post, "Back to my roots."
